Coral Reefs Management Sdn. Bhd. will only send Reservation ID of successful booking’s information to your email address which is submitted in guest information. We do not send to any uncontactable or non-reachable email address.

Your paid bookings are non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.

Standard time delivery for Reservation ID of successful booking’s information is within 15-minutes, if you failed to receive the confirmation of booking, kindly reach our staffs for further clarifications.
